Each year, like-minded students from 111 countries (and counting) gather in Oxford and Cambridge to study the subjects they're most passionate about. Your child will leave with a network of new friendships from all walks of life, all driven by academic success and the desire to take part in something extraordinary. 

The University of London course offers a different take on the traditional summer programme providing your child with the opportunity to develop knowledge for university, internships and your future career. They will learn from industry experts and top academics exploring subjects such as Business and Finance, Commercial Law, Medical Sciences and Social Entrepreneurship. They'll work on a group project based on a complex real-life problem and get to explore a vibrant, global city as well as visit world-leading companies and meet industry experts. The course culminates in groups presenting to peers, staff and external experts.

Sevenoaks School Summer Programme

This summer, Sevenoaks School is offering a two-week academic enrichment course for ambitious international students aged 14-17. Your child will have the opportunity to meet students from all corners of the globe who have come together to take part in an exclusive summer programme which has been planned, organised and delivered by staff from Sevenoaks School.

The Sevenoaks School Summer Programme is an academic enrichment course comprising of 4 key modules - Critical Thinking, Social Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Digital & Study Skills. Each module is a ten-hour course and the variety on offer gives students a taste of what academic life is like at Sevenoaks School.

Ages: 14 - 17

Course Dates: 3rd July - 31st July 2019

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

 

Marlborough College Summer School

Marlborough Summer School welcomes young people to their action-packed, fun-filled courses either as day students or as residents with their families. For overseas students, the Marlborough College School of English and Culture offers 3 hours of dynamic academic tuition each morning in addition to a diverse range of fun, creative and educational activities in the afternoons with British teenagers.

Their Learn English course is aimed at those wanting to focus on their specific English language skills in a dynamic, engaging and communicative environment. The course uses as its foundation the specific areas of grammar and vocabulary detailed for each level in the Common European Framework.

Their Open Minds course is at the cutting edge of educational thinking. Against a backdrop of education systems ever more focused on exam results and the memorising of content, this course looks to provide a richer, broader and ultimately more rewarding educational experience for its students.

Wycombe Abbey and Cheltenham Ladies College Junior Programme by Oxford Summer Courses

Whether you choose to stay at Cheltenham Ladies’ College or Wycombe Abbey, both locations offer historic surroundings, spacious grounds, and full pastoral staff support. During this summer course, your child will enjoy an academically challenging and immersive programme of lessons, day trips and exciting social and cultural activities.

Your child will benefit from small class sizes, and experienced tutors who are passionate about their subject whilst choosing from a range of 10 exciting academic subjects. They will make friends from around the world and enjoy traditional boarding school life, complete with inter-house competitions, traditional dining, and a graduation ceremony to celebrate their achievements
